The Lean Leadership Masterclass presented by Sensei Akinori Hyodo & Zenkai Improvement Partners - hosted by Agyle Intelligence - was brilliant. It provided a rare opportunity to gain insights into the Toyota Production System from a true master. My main takeaway was that "culture is created by people". Leaders need to develop human assets, set targets beyond what's attainable, develop their ability to see problems, and instill a culture of continuous improvement every day within their organizations. The session was inspirational, educational, and thought provoking. I'd highly recommend taking the opportunity to attend if given the chance.
